Seahorses

Seahorses is a spacious, newly built coastal home designed for relaxed seaside living. Finished in soft, neutral tones, the home effortlessly brings the beach indoors, creating a light and calming retreat ideal for families or small groups of up to six guests.

You enter the house via the front door or the extra-large automated double garage, which provides direct access into the hallway. This leads into a welcoming foyer featuring a table ideal for board games, planning daily adventures, or sharing relaxed moments together.

To the left of the foyer are the sleeping quarters, while to the right a staircase leads to the expansive top-floor living area. Also located on the lower level is a fully fitted laundry area with a washer and dryer, opening outdoors through its own private door.

The home comfortably accommodates six guests across three bedrooms.

The main bedroom, slightly set apart for added privacy, is a serene space featuring an extra-length king-size bed, generous wrap-around built-in cupboards, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A sliding door opens onto a shared patio — the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee in the fresh coastal air.

The guest bedroom is fitted with an extra-length queen-size bed and floor-to-ceiling built-in cupboards. The twin bedroom is ideal for children, offering two extra-length single beds and ample built-in storage. These two bedrooms share a large, well-appointed bathroom conveniently located across the hallway. Both guest rooms also have access to the outdoor patio.

Upstairs is the heart of Seahorses — a bright, open-plan space designed for connection and comfort. Multiple seating areas invite guests to relax together: unwind in the lounge with plush couches, gather around the generous kitchen island, enjoy quiet breakfasts at the intimate table, or share memorable meals at the larger dining table beside the indoor braai, perfect for cosy evenings and atmospheric fires.

Large sliding doors open onto a spacious balcony where guests can soak up the sunshine and enjoy spectacular mountain views.

The modern kitchen is ideal for entertaining and self-catering, featuring a large central island, ample counter space, a dedicated coffee station, and a separate scullery with a dishwasher.
